Question - When will my order be dispatched, and how long will delivery take.
Answer - All orders are processed on the next working day after purchase. Delivery takes between 5 - 10 working days, depending on the destination and postal service requested. We will send a tracking number for all signed for by Royal Mail and 48 hour Parcelforce services and we will send you an email with the tracking number when the item has been dispatched.
Question - What payment methods are accepted
Answer - Our website uses PAYPAL which can accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and American Express. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to use this service and can sign in as a guest. Our shop at Steyning uses SUMUP which takes most payment methods.
Question - What happens if the product doesn't meet my expectations?
Answer - If you are not satisfied please contact us on 03330907367 or email us at info@khandigifts.com within 14 days of recipt of the goods and you can return the product within 30 days. For full details see our Returns & Refunds page.
